Fast delivery, also thoughtful and cooperative in changing an invoice to my husband's name to reclaim the VAT; our mistake was quickly resolved by Simply Solar. The instructions and information on the site are excellent.
easy site, clear and a fast and correct delivery
Clear instructions available online, so you can assess what needs to be done for installation and connection before placing the order. Ordering online was quick, delivery was fast, materials were well packaged, and... easy to install as described in the manual. Compliment!
Fast delivery and clear service.

Fast and correct delivery. Unfortunately, I couldn't mount the inverter for the 4 panels with the supplied screws, so I had to drill into the support and secure it with M8 bolts and spacers. I also struggled for a while to get the Wi-Fi from the socket to work; the manual is not very clear. Nevertheless, I was able to install everything and get it up and running within a day. The installation works perfectly, and the output is as expected, so I am satisfied.
