Good communication with the people at Simply-solar. However, the manuals should be updated when the product changes. We have had the panels for two weeks and they are working perfectly. They also look good and sleek. An additional required part was delivered quickly.

Fast delivery and as agreed. The installation manual did not match the product, which made the installation awkward. (The manual has since been updated.)

Connecting is relatively simple, except that the provided mounting materials for the inverter do not fit the supplied inverter. It was resolved well over the phone, but the availability leaves much to be desired (at least during my attempts).
