A correct and fast delivery. When placing an order, you can already indicate when you would like the package to be delivered, which is certainly convenient for such a large package. The first possibility is already after the first working day, and that was also honored. The delivery was completely intact with a good manual. The self-installation went smoothly. In the end, it turned out that the Wi-Fi meter was not functioning correctly. Simply-solar already came forward with this message, and the handling of the issue went perfectly and quickly. I was able to return the old Wi-Fi meter free of charge, and a new one was sent immediately. I even received money back because the new one was cheaper for them to purchase. All in all, I am very satisfied with my order.

Correct service for replacement parts. They arranged for free returns and refunded the difference.

Everything was delivered neatly on time, except for two parts (a coupling piece and the yield meter). Those parts were delivered promptly afterward. The yield meter is of a newer type that was still being tested, and the coupling piece was perhaps not really necessary, but I wanted to use it. My emails and phone calls were responded to well and fairly quickly!
