The company is easily reachable by phone and you are greeted very kindly. Products were delivered on time as agreed. Unfortunately, one connector broke during installation, but Simply Solar immediately helped with a solution. The manual is indeed available on the website, but some steps are not fully explained; for example, how to use the connectors and how to install the converter. I have since connected the system and it works very well.

I received excellent assistance with my order of four panels. Questions are answered quickly and kindly. The panels deliver what they are supposed to deliver. Everything is of excellent quality.

Improvement point: provide information about the transport company in advance so that contact can be made to inquire whether the delivery will take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Regarding the delivery of the mounting materials; the same applies. If that were communicated properly as well, I would have given an 'excellent' rating.
