Last week we received 2 sets of solar panels. We had also ordered (and paid for) a feed-in meter. We immediately received a message that this meter was already included with the two sets. The amount for the ordered meter was back in our account the next day! The delivered materials look very good and work excellently. During the past sunny week, they more than covered our electricity needs, including vacuuming, making coffee, running the refrigerator and freezer, the pond pump, and doing laundry 5 times. The 4 panels are installed on the flat roof of our shed (facing south). We regularly read the feed-in meter, which makes it very interesting. We are very pleased with this purchase. Great service.

The company is easily reachable by phone and you are greeted very kindly. Products were delivered on time as agreed. Unfortunately, one connector broke during installation, but Simply Solar immediately helped with a solution. The manual is indeed available on the website, but some steps are not fully explained; for example, how to use the connectors and how to install the converter. I have since connected the system and it works very well.

I received excellent assistance with my order of four panels. Questions are answered quickly and kindly. The panels deliver what they are supposed to deliver. Everything is of excellent quality.

Great material and fast delivery! However, no/poor assembly instructions were included.
