No, I received 3 deliveries with no instructions included, and I called 18 times but always got the answering machine. The 4x instructions were also not clear. You mixed up 2 packages, and the video was not in Dutch?? I am handy, but without proper instructions, I couldn't put anything together. After 14 days post-delivery, it is still not in order.

Fast delivery and the installation is also very easy with the online instructions.

Great product for a reasonable price. It's a pity that there was no user manual included. I sent an email about this but did not receive a response. I searched through the website and eventually found what I needed.
