A lot of confusion about the number of packages at delivery. The carrier said that there was 1 package too few (only 4 out of 5), and the shipping labels indeed also stated 4 out of 5. However, I did receive a quick response from the helpdesk. In the end, I was also missing about 6 self-tapping screw fasteners.
Very satisfied with the quick, fast, good, and clear answers that were given to my questions. The delivery of the ordered set took place in three times.
Fast delivery
Two solar panels and inverter received later than the - far too optimistic - promise at the order. But everything is in good order. The package with two solar panels is quite heavy. Installation went according to plan; you really need to be with two people. Power delivery is OK, but the bluetooth of the inverter did not work or did not work well. After the necessary email exchanges, I eventually received another one and since then everything works flawlessly.
