Various changes to the delivery date. Poor communication.

The inverter did not arrive; I chose other micro inverters. However, the system does not work. There is also little assistance.

The AP was not available, so they offered to send a Growatt if I paid a bit more, so I could start on time. The delivery arrived without an inverter, and suddenly they could send an AP. The AP arrived, but the Wi-Fi monitoring was not included. The AP simply does not work, and the tool to disconnect the coupling cable was also not included. Now I have to look for a printer, figure out where to send that package, and then just wait until the supplier has it repaired, essentially paying full price for a refurbished inverter. Additionally, there is no phone number on the site, and you have to email them twice to get a response. Very disappointing experience! Update: Meanwhile, it has been another 2 weeks since I sent the defective AP, and I informed them that they could keep it and refund me immediately. Apparently, it needs to be sent elsewhere, and they sent me a second shipping label. In the meantime, that thing has been at the location of their first label for over a week, and they are "trying to get it to them." It doesn't seem much harder than emailing the second label there and having it taken back by the courier, but apparently, they are not that clever. They are very cheap. I installed 6 solar panels on September 26 (3x2). Until the end of October 2022, they performed above expectations.

Never gets called back. No wonder they are busy; something is never fully completed.

Service is good at a great price and delivered neatly.
