Good service, quick responses to emails, and always correct. The shipping time was long because the inverters were not available, but once the inverters arrived, everything went quickly. Therefore, the shipping time does not receive a high score.
I received good assistance via email, delivery was on time, with only a follow-up delivery of two cables. They were delivered within a week. I still need to start the installation, but I don't expect any problems given the clear instructions.
Excellent support in a customized package including the right cables and roof brackets. Delivery was well taken care of and communication via email was great.
Good service
Fast and accurate delivery. The wiring instructions could be improved.
Great web shop. They are very helpful even with non-standard solutions. Despite these busy times, questions are answered quickly.
