This concerns a partial delivery from Simply Solar and the manufacturer of the inverter. Simply Solar delivered all their parts reasonably on time. However, I am still waiting for the most crucial component without any further communication whatsoever.
Good service and fast delivery.
I did not receive all the parts. I contacted them, and it turned out that I have to wait 4-6 weeks. I wouldn't have placed an order if I had known that in advance.
They keep their appointments.

Quick responses to my questions via email. Clear website with good and useful information. Delivery went according to plan, and a small mistake was immediately corrected with a follow-up delivery within two days. Now I am still waiting for the inverters (mid-June). This was clearly communicated, and if they deliver on that as well, it could be a 5-star rating.
