The responses via email take a while due to the current busyness, but they are answered properly.

Good service for the questions I had beforehand. The solar panels are easy to connect. Shipping time as stated. The manuals could be made even easier by splitting them according to the number of panels you are installing based on your setup. Overall, it was manageable; I installed the panels on the garage in one afternoon.

The driver was too early, but otherwise no problem.

Good product. Connected without any issues. A small downside is the unprotected shipping of the inverter together in the box with the roof brackets.

Products were neatly packaged and delivered on the agreed date. Everything was complete, and installation was a breeze with the guidance available on the website.
