Unfortunately, the wrong mounting system was received, which meant that the solar panels could not be installed immediately. It was inconvenient that phone contact was not possible. However, emails were responded to fairly quickly, and the replies were friendly and helpful. The problem was ultimately resolved well.
Delivered on time as agreed. Nice set of 2 plug-and-play panels. Installation was also quite manageable if you are reasonably handy.
Good information and calculation of the customer's wishes! Good description of the DIY set! Plug and play. Just like connecting a computer. You can't go wrong.
