The product was delivered neatly on the agreed date. Installation was quite manageable; we just missed 2 caps to cover the extra ports of the inverter. I sent an email, and they responded immediately. The next day, the caps were in the mailbox. In short, very satisfied with the service of this company!
Great service, neatly and completely delivered on the self-specified delivery day. I received 455-watt panels while I had ordered 450-watt ones. Upon inquiry, the response was that I had received a free upgrade because the 450-watt panels were out of stock. In my opinion, this is excellent service.
