There were incorrect connectors sent from the manufacturer to individuals. After I contacted them myself, it was promised on Thursday that the package would be picked up by PostNL on Friday and delivered on Saturday. Despite the promises, the package was sent with GLS and arrived on Monday instead, while the entire installation was supposed to take place on Saturday by an external party, which of course resulted in additional costs.
Service and speed
Good products where, at the initiative of customer service, contact was made after the order. The goal: to offer better delivery of products that provided more customization together at a cost that was 90 euros lower. Additionally, after the delivery, there was also good administrative handling. Exceeded expectations.
Despite the hectic situation with suppliers, nice compromises were found. Good service and easy to connect yourself with underlying knowledge.
