Knowledgeable supplier who responds quickly to questions. Before placing my order, I asked some technical questions via email, and I received prompt and clear answers. I really appreciate that you can choose whether to install everything yourself, have Simply Solar do part of it while you do the rest, or have everything done by Simply Solar. I personally chose to have the roof installation done and to handle the electrical connection myself. The delivered inverters are micro inverters, so each panel can utilize its maximum capacity even if one or more panels are (temporarily) in the shade. This is ideal in an urban environment where partial shading from buildings is difficult to avoid. With the included app/website, you can see exactly how much power each panel generates at any moment of the day. Since the inverters are located under the solar panels, only a small box is needed for the connection in the meter cupboard. There was close contact throughout the entire process, and the delivery went as agreed.

After payment, and after I chose the delivery day (I was supposed to be called)... I was indeed called with apologies that my order had not been shipped at that moment! However, a new appointment was made regarding this, and everything has been neatly packaged and delivered so far! In the end, I am satisfied with this! (after all, mistakes happen!) After receiving the order and setting it up in my garden, it seemed for a moment that I was missing 2 extension cords... I sent an email about this and received a response the next day, which clarified my connection issue! How simple it can be... the inverter MUST be placed directly under one of the panels.... and for just the 2nd panel, you need the extension cords! Perhaps this could be clarified in your connection diagram! They are now on the flat roof facing south, and they are performing "better" than the 9 panels that were already on my roof (which were facing west!) per panel! So I am currently 100% satisfied! Regarding aftercare and warranty: I have no idea yet! However, concerning customer service... that is completely okay!
