Ordering and self-installing (Plug In set) indeed goes Simply. Upon receipt, I felt that the order was not complete based on the manual received (installation on a flat roof). It turned out that we had received the wrong manual, but we did have the latest Solar Stell, which had not yet been updated on the website. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a pity that you can't call directly but have to leave a callback request on the website. However, you will be called back the same day. The Plug In set has been running for a week now, and it works perfectly.

To begin with, I was a bit cautious about ordering here since you have to pay directly. So, to order and pay more than 10,000 euros just like that, I first placed a "small order" of 850 euros. A few days before the desired delivery date, you receive a call to go over everything again. Everything arrived perfectly on the desired delivery date. After that, I placed the large order, and I was also called a few days before the delivery with the information that it would be delivered by two carriers and that there were two batteries on backorder. This order was also delivered flawlessly. A week later, I inquired about the two batteries, and the next day I received an email stating that they had been shipped, and indeed, the following day I received them. Excellent telephone contact; they even thought along with me about the order. Questions are also answered well. You can choose the delivery time via a calendar, and you can see what the earliest possible delivery date is.
