After payment, and after I chose the delivery day (I was supposed to be called)... I was indeed called with apologies that my order had not been shipped at that moment! However, a new appointment was made regarding this, and everything has been neatly packaged and delivered so far! In the end, I am satisfied with this! (after all, mistakes happen!) After receiving the order and setting it up in my garden, it seemed for a moment that I was missing 2 extension cords... I sent an email about this and received a response the next day, which clarified my connection issue! How simple it can be... the inverter MUST be placed directly under one of the panels.... and for just the 2nd panel, you need the extension cords! Perhaps this could be clarified in your connection diagram! They are now on the flat roof facing south, and they are performing "better" than the 9 panels that were already on my roof (which were facing west!) per panel! So I am currently 100% satisfied! Regarding aftercare and warranty: I have no idea yet! However, concerning customer service... that is completely okay!

The delivery was on the exact date indicated and within the specified time slot. Helpful driver. There were some uncertainties when I opened all the boxes. After thoroughly searching through the various instructions (which need to be looked up online), I was able to piece everything together. After a phone consultation with employee Stijn, everything was completely clear from both sides.

Everything was delivered on time and as agreed.
