Yes. I received goods as ordered, within reasonable time. I was really surprised by the quality of the surgeon set. No customer service or warrantry rated as both were not in use. Value for money is not excellent due to high cost because of euro exchange rate (this was sth really annoyed and surprised me but no fault on the webshop side).
I appreciated the customer service through the contact email; the response was quick and serious, and I could communicate with a person. However, the shipping follow-up, packaging, and tracking of the package??? Not really up to par!
