Your packaging standards are not good at all and everytime I order with you there's a problem. Lost a customer. Unfortunate, because the merchandise is good.

The problem was as follows: I placed an order on April 21, and according to the notification, the package was shipped on April 26 to the Canary Islands. However, neither PostNL nor Correos Spain could find the package with the tracking number. After multiple inquiries with customer service, I was informed twice that the package had been shipped and that the error was with PostNL. On May 6, in response to my renewed inquiry with customer service, I was told in the morning that the package had definitely been shipped on April 26. Then, on May 7, I received a message from PostNL stating that the package was only dispatched on May 6 and was in the system. There are 12 days between April 26 and May 6. According to PostNL, the package was only ordered on May 6 and handed over to them. It seems that my package was only handed over and shipped by Celtic on May 6. It appears that my package was forgotten to be sent. Today is May 11, and the package is still on its way; I have still not received my goods. Mistakes can happen, but for 12 days, no package was shipped or recorded by PostNL. I find this very frustrating, as I also asked customer service multiple times to check the shipping and to inform me of the whereabouts of my goods. However, I was always told that my goods were with PostNL and on their way to me. But it was only on May 6 that my package was shipped from Holland, and the goods are still not with me.
