Even if something unexpectedly goes wrong, they respond very quickly (even during the time they are officially closed for the Christmas holiday, as was the case for me) and resolve the issue adequately! I had a small manufacturing defect in one of the wooden stands I ordered, which prevented the stand from being screwed into the bottom shelf. It wasn't visible; you really had to start screwing to notice the problem. I sent an email with an explanation and photos, and it was resolved in no time, and I received a new one. Perfectly resolved! Furthermore, orders are processed and shipped quickly, even during the Corona period. As far as I'm concerned, nothing but praise.
