Sur le site c'est précisé "Garantie à vie", j'écris au service de réclamation que le couteau que vous m'avez envoyé est rouillé et la réponse que j'ai reçu après une semaine c'est: "C'est un acier en carbone, c'est normal qu'il rouille". Je ne peux pas le mettre en rayon à vendre dans ma boutique.
No response to my 2 emails regarding an issue with the delivery (3 missing items).

- One of the items (Early Slavic Helmet, item #1723090402) does not match the description on the website (even though I took the precaution of asking for confirmation on its exact shape beforehand - you should change the photo!) - One of the items (Viking Flokadalur) was damaged during transport. In general, the packaging was very poorly done and inadequately protected. Furthermore, the delivery times from CWMerchant are VERY long (several weeks after the order), which is not really acceptable compared to other online shops.
Good value for money, nice service.
