The only drawback is the packaging of the parcels - weak cartons and not enough protective filler inside - on regular basis GLS tracking shows "hand processing" and the parcel arrives all in GLS packaging tape. These guys are great, but when You are ordering something like a sword better do insist to have it shipped INSIDE the scabbard (manufacturers ships scabbard and the heavy greased blade separated to avoid corrosion during long voyage and stocking) to avoid damaged points / edges on arrival.
