    I placed an order twice, and both times a small item (worth about 1 euro) was missing. When I contacted customer service, they suggested refunding the money for this item to my account because it was not 'profitable' for them to send the item separately. I stated that I did not agree with this, and I eventually received the item by mail. For an otherwise good and affordable webshop, I find this very disappointing.
