First purchase was perfect, second purchase was the belt from the same supplier, mediocre quality to say the least. I won't even mention the complications and the costs to return the product. Disappointed.

Almost 100% satisfied. I only had some trouble sending my age information. This may have been due to my connection. If so, five stars instead of four.

I usually don't rush, as there is already too much of that in the world; however, for those who do need things quickly, this is the right place due to their fast delivery times! The quality is good. They also don't make a fuss about returns, and the handling is excellent. I ordered an item that is, by the way, a fantastic replica, but since I overlooked a detail, the item turned out to be much too large. I returned it and received my money back without any issues. I immediately ordered a smaller, similar item, and I received it within two days. Emails are answered promptly.

The description indicates it's sharp, but it isn't. The photos are doctored; they've removed the manufacturer's markings. If I had had the correct information, I wouldn't have bought this sword. I made the same comment on their website, and it hasn't been published. The same thing happened to me with another negative review; they only publish favorable reviews.

Magnificent sword, I have wanted it for a long time and it is even more beautiful in person! I have never been disappointed with any blade I have ordered here. This is the fourth one I have bought from this site, and the fourth one I am satisfied with.
