Fantastic scope of items, fast service and shipment.

I am very satisfied with the product; you definitely get value for your money. The only reason I gave a mediocre rating is that I could not indicate when it could be delivered. This would have been handled well if the product had been in stock. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I was not informed about it either. It was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, but since it wasn't, I sent an email on Thursday, and I was quickly and well informed about the problem. Ultimately, it took an extra week for the product to arrive. This was not a huge issue, but I had assumed it would be delivered that day because everything had been confirmed, etc. This can create confusion for the customer, which was also the case for me. I would advise other customers to pay close attention to whether the company has good stock levels, as there are likely more people who might find it confusing. Aside from this whole story, I want to thank Celtic WebMerchant for the quick response and for successfully completing the order. If I need anything again, I would definitely come back to you!
