The mistake with the specified size was quickly changed to the correct one. Shipping was neat.

Good products and fairly good communication. The products were delivered later than expected. The first delivery arrived after 6 days (while most products had a shorter delivery time), and the second after 9 days. Some products could not be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Communication about this only started after I took the initiative; we were not kept informed. However, the communication itself was good, and they were very helpful; great! The return was processed quickly. I would definitely order again, but I would do so earlier for the event we were attending. I do think that if you email right away about your time constraints, there is likely something that can be arranged!
