All items that I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time. One item was probably not available, and they refunded me the full price. The items are made of good quality. The assistance is good; they respond in less than 24 hours.

I would like to indicate more than 'moderate' because the service was otherwise satisfactory! However, we ordered a dress that turned out to be out of stock, and it was agreed that we would wait a bit longer and then receive the complete order once that one dress was available. A few days later, I received our order without that one dress, and I hadn't heard anything further about it. So, I emailed myself, and it turned out there were some difficulties with the delivery of this dress. What I find disappointing is that I had to follow up myself via email when we had agreed on something different. What I found very good is that they respond quickly to emails, and when we decided we no longer wanted the dress, the money for it was also refunded very quickly.

I had a specific question about a purchase and submitted it through the contact form. Within half a day, I received a proper response, and they arranged everything for me. Great!!!

Customer service was excellent. Products are as described and good quality. Only minus is that the online shop isn’t completely up-to-date. Missing some size charts and some items were out of stock even if the page was showing them to be in stock. But all in all I can highly recommend!
