Very satisfied with the products, but the packaging was poor (damaged and more packaging material than necessary). The delivery was also very bad; I didn't receive anything on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and the next day I had to work. I had indicated to GLS that I wanted it delivered on another day because I wouldn't be home and not all my neighbors can be trusted. They said it was no problem, but it was still delivered while I was at work and offered to the neighbors. Fortunately, it was with the only ones who are reliable.

I received a garbage bag with waste from the warehouse and used paper tissues in my package, opened moisture-proof bags even though they are toxic. No apologies and no gesture other than pretending that I refused the recycled packaging. No, I am a convinced environmentalist, but this is disgusting.
