Hello, the GLS driver comes at any time. I had to go myself to pick up the package from the GLS depot because the driver left a delivery notice twice. He came when I was not at home. Why doesn’t GLS schedule a delivery appointment at a specific time? I could then be present for the delivery, as it is impossible for me to wait at home from 8 AM to 6 PM for the driver to arrive. This is not the first time this has happened with GLS. Each time, I have to go pick up the package myself from the depot, which takes me an hour, whereas if the driver called to schedule an appointment, I could be at home for the delivery. In the future, I do not want my orders to be delivered by GLS anymore, as I always have to go pick up the package from their depots. Best regards, Guy Hesse
