Product excellent, exceeded expectations, very pleased; shipping time good. However, packaging was inadequate - items undamaged, but steel spikes protruding from both ends of package; potential risk to postal workers and associated possibility of delivery/processing refusal.

Perfect articles and service: three magnificent brooches shipped quickly. Thank you! What prevents me from giving five stars is the fact that, unlike another brooch I had, the pins do not slide well; they need assistance to move forward and do so in jerks. I don't know what causes this. Perhaps the metal should be smoothed out more, or maybe the loop should be enlarged?
