I placed an order for some clothing items and a LARP shield. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and the shield was even nicely treated with silicone spray and then wrapped in plastic to let it soak in properly (it was still quite greasy when it arrived). The pants I ordered arrived in a separate shipment a bit later due to stock availability, but I was kept well informed about that. It turned out that I had ordered the pants much too large, so I returned them for a couple of sizes smaller, but I was worried that they would arrive too late for Elfia. I had nice contact with them, and they did their utmost to get the right size to me on time. Absolutely top-notch service! I will definitely be ordering here more often!

The dress I ordered was too small. Size S said to fit bust 93-97 cm. But I have too squize into it with a 94 cm bust. Also there was no hip size mentioned on this product. Had with my 100 cm hips, I have the same problem as my bust. Also it took them 6 work days to ship the product, while all the items where available. I found that time frame a bit too long for items that are marked as available.

Everything went smoothly and perfectly. Very satisfied with the purchase, it exactly matches the online description.
