Super after-sales service, friendly and quick. Great selection of items, but for clothing and shoes, some improvements would be welcome. I bought a pair of shoes that were a bit too tight in the leather, even though I ordered a size up. For clothing, it's already quite good, but be careful with the sizes (a Chinese XL or XXL is not the same as a European XL or XXL!!!). ;) And finally, historical quality clothing (linen, wool, etc.), with period models like the style from 1450 (years), as well as the colors possible at that time... and having options in larger sizes...

Very easy to make order and efficiently posted. A lovely pin to hold a Celtic cloak in place.

The tracking information needed a little more detail as delivery occurred 6 days later than the estimated delivery date when purchase. There was a notice that delivery could be slower due to the holidays, but that notice came around the first estimated delivery date of December 25. After the notice test the package had cleared customs on the afternoon of Dec. 28, there was no information how the package was to proceed in the U.S. nor a new expected delivery method. The package arrived on Dec. 31, 20 days after purchase.

Very satisfied, it looks authentic. We will repeat.
