I have not rated the experience as excellent because: 1- The website lacks a higher level of Spanish. 2- Due to the way the website functions, it is always complicated to go back directly to the previous page. I don't know if I have explained myself. Let's say I entered the helmets section, I see helmets, and then I want to go back to view another category within the helmets section, but I have to return to the index instead of going back. The entire purchasing process is perfect and fast.
