Good and large assortment, THE web shop in the Netherlands for all medieval necessities. The time between placing the order and when it seems to be processed can sometimes take a while. Customer service is very helpful, responds quickly via email, and also offers assistance in the evenings.

Very good service would definitely use again
Excellent product, but a mix up over delivery, I asked and paid for for high speed delivery but it was sent by regular. When the mistake was discovered they did refund the difference in postage costs straight away, so I was satisfied with that, but disappointed that it didn't arrive on time. I would definitely buy from them again and have also recommended their products to friends.
Good because the order arrived well. The shoes are perfectly fine. The packaging is nicely sustainable, compact, and fitting, not a box full of filler. Ordering through the website is simple. The only thing I find disappointing is that your message states that delivery will be on Thursday, but it turns out to be Friday. According to the tracking information, it only says on Thursday that they have received the package but cannot provide any further details. On Friday, it states that delivery will happen that day, but there’s no indication of what time approximately. If the day had been correct and preferably with an indication of a time frame, I would have said excellent.
