The product was poorly described when sold. I had bought the recommended bronze necklace, you know, the one that says to buy it together, but it did NOT fit. Returning it costs €1.50 more than the item itself, and that for something that doesn't fit but is recommended! That free shipping is without VAT; I was just 30 cents short for free shipping, but the total was €90.55, so I just paid the shipping costs. Only to receive junk. This was the first and definitely the last time I bought something here!!! Customer service is also terrible! The webshop keeps insisting that shipping is free to Belgium from €99, but I have 2 screenshots where it clearly states free shipping to Belgium AND the Netherlands from €75! And yes, I also sent those screenshots to customer service. You may not have received an email, but I have it marked as sent. This is pure fraud, and I will take this further! To everyone reading the reviews, be smart and shop elsewhere!!
