I bought a number of items as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, they did not fit well. Since I had ordered early, the 30-day return period had expired. One email to customer service was enough. They responded quickly, and I also received my money back very promptly. Very nice, I am very satisfied. One point of attention: the box in which the shipment arrived was not sturdy and was torn.
Order never arrived, I've been waiting for two weeks.
The item was supposed to be shipped after 4 days, but it was apparently already there. This was not entirely clear from the shipping confirmation, so that could perhaps be made a bit clearer.
