Surprised by the request for a review after a terrible experience. The positive: ordering and shipping went smoothly. Everything after that was truly worthless. I ordered three beautiful shirts in the same size. Two of them fit well. The third turned out to be enormous. The sleeves reached halfway down my fingers. Communication is only via a robot or email. The latter option is almost as bad as the first. When they do respond after applying pressure, they are unhelpful. Without stating it outright, they essentially accused me of lying. I had to return everything at my own expense...
