The delivery times are respected. We requested the return of one out of four products, and the refund was processed very quickly. (Return at our expense, as expected). In short, it was a quality and trustworthy transaction.

The order went very well. It was delivered well within the timeframe. The items are of very good quality and last over time. The only thing that could be improved is the search for items, which could include a few more criteria, but overall, we manage very well.
Excellent products. However, the address was incorrectly provided; the street number was missing, and there was a customs fee of €25.50 for a package worth €119 (shipping included) because the value declared on the package was €500!!!
