Better communication. You didn't have 2 products in my order. I understand that can happen. I had to remind you a week later that my order hadn't shipped. Then you refunded me for one item, great. Informed me the other item was delayed and then shipped it. As it turned out the 2nd item had to be refunded but that's not important. I had to chase you rather than you communicating the delay and giving me the option to choose to wait for or just refund the items. I would recommend your site for everything else though!
