I initially ordered a much too large piece of clothing. I returned it and received my money back very quickly. I have now ordered and received the correct size.

Product purchased through their site, but they couldn't even deliver it while it stated on the site that it would be available within 5 to 6 working days. I paid neatly via iDEAL and after 5 days, I received a message that it would only be available again at the end of this year. Just to clarify, it was a canopy. So if you sell things that you cannot deliver, it seems to me that you are falling behind as a company. Best regards, H. Drost.

Good service, fast delivery. One product was listed as 3-5 working days, but it arrived within 2 days, well in time for Castlefest.
