Everything was, again, amazing. Highly recommended.

After making a purchase in the showroom, I returned it after two days. I followed the rules that were stated on the website at that time: at my own expense and via PostNL. According to the track & trace, it arrived properly, but then I heard nothing more from Celtic WebMerchant. After a while, I emailed (since that is the only form of communication with this store) to ask about the status of my return shipment. Weeks later, I received a response that my return "has not arrived and therefore is not in the system." I need to have an investigation done by PostNL because I did not send it "through their system." Upon inquiry with PostNL, it turns out that my 12 kg package was indeed delivered properly. I sent two more emails about this, but the webshop remains silent. Poor communication with the customer, and apparently, they also have their own warehouse completely disorganized. I feel quite cheated by Celtic WebMerchant and feel compelled to visit their showroom in person soon to resolve this issue, which has been ongoing for months.
