The product was as described. The delivery time was accurate. It would have been nice if it had been indicated in advance that it would be delivered through the letterbox. That way, you wouldn't have to stay home for no reason.

Customer service is unreachable, and when I finally got in touch, there was no response to my question. Products purchased that were in stock were supposed to be received within 5 working days, but I received them more than a week after the order, so they were late.
