    I’m not trying to be a problem here but there is still no sign of my order. That wouldn’t be a big deal if I got some specifics instead of ‘maybe it’s in customs’. The PostNL site is completely unusable. Clicking on a link for help takes me to endless FAQs that eventually lead to the same page I started. I google searched for chat help but that page only exists in Dutch. As proud as I am of my Dutch ancestors and as much as I like Dutch people - I don’t speak Dutch and I can’t talk with them unless I find an English helpdesk.
