I have yet to receive my item. I checked the tracking and it says it went into U.S customs and thats the last thing I have received about it. If at all possible I would appreciate if you guys could let me know what is going on. The Company has reached out and its trying to help me to the best of their skills. They did so almost immediately upon hearing about my problem.
