I had previously created a wish list on their website with items that interested me. I then drove to Sliedrecht in person to view the items on-site. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They retrieved the item I was interested in from the warehouse so I could take a look (and try on the chainmail to check the size). I then paid on-site with both card and cash and took the items home. It was truly a fantastic experience, and it is definitely a store I will consider visiting more often in the future!

I ordered a product from the catalog; it was more expensive than in many other shops, but it was marked as available. After 2 weeks of waiting and numerous follow-ups, I never received a response from the seller. I was only notified of my refund several weeks after the purchase.
