    First, I visited their 'showroom' (which is basically a storage space with a desk) and asked about the 4x6 canopies. They didn't have them there, but in another warehouse. Eventually, I ordered through the website at 8:00 PM, expecting it to arrive the next day. Well, it took a week! and it arrived without the canopies because they were ultimately not available. I did get my money back for the canopies, but overall, it was a very bad experience with this company. They don't respond to phone calls at all, and they hardly reply to messages or emails either.
