Beautiful sword, and I appreciated being kept informed when it was back in stock.

Late delivery; the first order consisted only of items that were supposed to be deliverable in 24 hours, but it took 12 days to be shipped. As a result, we could not use the items as planned for our medieval market visit.

Fast delivery and great products. I bought clothing for my son, everything is of good quality and fits perfectly!

Delivery time was supposed to be: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. In the end, it was three days later. The same happened with my girlfriend's order (dress + backpack). The promised delivery time was very optimistic, but it ultimately caused stress because it might not arrive in time for the festival for which it was intended. A phone number for customer service would also be helpful; currently, everything is handled via email, which is very slow.

I order, I wait, weeks go by, no news... nothing. I get a refund... Thank you, it was great... I was eagerly awaiting my order... disgusted.
