The site didn't provide an option for a digital coupon, so I had to pay €5,- in shipping. Received a string of confusing emails afterwards about shipping and cancellation of my order. It turned out they decided to send it as a pdf anyway. The shipping costs were reimbursed. When I received the voucher, it had the wrong expiration date on it (the very same day I received it). When I approached the store about this, they did admit that was a mistake, but left it at that. All in all: I get the impression there's a well meaning organisation behind the company, but the process was unfortunately unnecessarily confusing and cumbersome.

I made a comment about rust stains on the steel of a sword I ordered, and I received a quick and appropriate response.
