INCREDIBLE... that clear, and in capital letters... the clothing and weapons are spectacular, the tracking of the shipment and reception is tremendous... everything is top-notch... I will order again as soon as I have more money... if only you had a full-length overcoat in light blue, which I need, and a large double-headed axe (about 50cm from tip to tip), that would be the best... THE BEST OF THE BEST.
My order was cancelled with 5 possible reasons. I assume the item was out of stock but that’s a guess. There was no information as to when the item was back in stock or if at all nor an offe4 of a similar item. Very poor communication.

I expected the fur on my Col de Fourrure woud be more fluffy and big it feels really flat and plain.
