The deliveries are terrible: the package is thrown over the fence and is consistently found damaged or in the rain. Moreover, the packaging is too flimsy and needs improvement. This needs urgent attention; it's disheartening to spend money only to find damaged items, a bent sword, a rusty chainmail.
